CONOR BRADY

ENGINEER • PRODUCER • GUITARIST

Over the last 35 years Conor Brady has forged a reputation as one of the greatest guitar players to come out of Ireland.

He began his professional career playing with legendary Irish band THE BLADES in the mid '80s, as well as recording with international stars such as TERENCE TRENT D’ARBY and Jamaican reggae royalty TOOTS AND THE MAYTALS. He played on the original soundtrack to THE COMMITMENTS before touring the world with ANDREW STRONG. He featured as a soloist with GEORGE MARTIN & the RTE CONCERT ORCHESTRA playing the music of the Beatles. He also toured with THE CORRS, appearing on their 'Live at the Royal Albert Hall' album.

He has since then performed and recorded with a host of artists including the ROLLING STONES, RONNIE WOOD, MARY COUGHLAN, FRANCES BLACK, THE DEVLINS, LUAN PARLE, JULIET TURNER, CAMILLE O’SULLIVAN, CATHY DAVEY, BONO, GARY LIGHTBODY, CIARA CONSIDINE, SINEAD O’CONNOR, SHANE MCGOWAN, JACK L, JERRY FISH AND THE MUDBUG CLUB, AND BRONAGH GALLAGHER and is arguably one of the most sought-after session guitar players in the country.

Conor has vast experience as an engineer and producer, having founded Phonic studios prior to setting up Camden Recording Studios with Cian Boylan & Niall Breslin. Conor’s earthy production style has earned him many plaudits, and he is the ideal producer for acoustic based acts across a variety of genres from pop and rock to blues, country, jazz and orchestral styles.
